Harry L. Welch, who died Nov. 25, 1986, in West Virginia as the result of a vehicle accident. He served as pastor at the Church of the Nazerne for 3 1/2 months. Funeral arrangements are being held in South Carolina. WELCH Rev. Harry Luther Welch, 52, of 450 Sterner St., Confluence, died Nov. 25, 1986, in West Virginia as a result of an automobile accident. Born June 29, 1924, in Chester, S.C. Survived by parents, the Rev. W. B. Welch and Lonnie (Lemons) Welch, Charleston Heights, S.C.; wife, Glenda (Keefer) Welch, of Confluence; and these children: one son, Timothy of Confluence; and one daughter, Lisa Ann Welch, also of Confluence. Also survived by brother, the Rev. Dr. Melvin Welch of Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters, Connie W. Cooper of Charleston Heights, S.C.; and Joy W. Kramer of Nashville. Founder, builder and pastor of Sineath Memorial Church of the Nazarene. Minister of the Confluence Church of the Nazarene and a graduate of Chicora High School in North Charleston, also graduated from Prevecca Theological Nazarene College, extended education at University of South Carolina and Central Wesleyan College. Services were held Friday at 2 p.m. at the First Church of the Nazarene on Remount Road, North Charleston. Internment was held at Carolina Memorial Gardens in North Charleston.
