LOUISE H. WELCH

  Louise Henrietta Welch, 85, widow of Everett E. Welch, a member of the General 
Assembly of Pennsylvania some years ago, died at her home in Friedens, Sept. 
5th.  She was born Nov. 1, 1860, a daughter of Josiah and Harriet Mowry.  Her 
husband died in 1940.  Surviving is one son, Joel Welch of Friedens, four 
grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Sidney Long of Friedens R.D. 2.  Funeral 
services were held at 2:30, Sunday, Sept. 8th, in the Hauger Funeral Home, 
Somerset, Rev. Martin F. Foutz, officiating.  Burial was in the Lutheran 
Cemetery, Friedens.
