  WILLIAM C. WELKER SR.
  
    William C. Welker Sr, 70, of Sunbury, died Friday, April 1.  He is
  survived by his wife, Mrs. Mildred Welker; two children, Mrs. Walter
  Brandau of Berlin and William C. Welker Jr. of Sunbury, and by seven
  grandchildren.
    Funeral service was held Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Zion Lutheran
  Church Chapel, Sunbury.
