Wellington, 78, of Boynton, died May 15, 1995, at Meyersdale Medical Center. Born April 11, 1917, at Berlin. Son of the late Irvin and Elsie Louge (Haus) Wellington. Preceded in death by two wives, Grace (Bittner) Wellington, Feb. 27, 1970, and Catherine (Sheridan) Wellington, Jan. 21, 1986. Survivors include a daughter, Rebecca Ann Schartiger, Boynton; 3 stepdaughters: Dorothy Birringer, Richmond, Va.; Susan Ludlam, Midlothian, Va., and Geraldine Pilato, Pittsburgh; a sister, Pauline Smith, Waynesboro; a stepbrother, George Wellington, Garrett, 4 stepsisters: Dolly, Laura, Betty and Jeannie; 3 granddaughters: Grace Ann Schartiger, Beth Ann Broadwater and Pollyann Schartiger, and 9 step-grandchildren: Kelly Greer, Terry Ludlam Jr., Tammy Ludlam, Terry Birringer, Ronald Birringer, Christopher Birringer, Jennifer Birringer, Tommy and Ronnie Pilato. Member of Cornerstone Assembly of God and Cement Masons Union, Local 526. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Newman Funeral Home Inc., Salisbury, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev.
