  Gladys Etta Marie Welsh, 81, of Somerset died Jan. 13, 2003, at
  Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate.  Born Sept. 18, 1921 in Brothersvalley
  Township.  Daughter of Newton Soloman and Lila Sarah (McVicker)
  Albright.  Preceded in death by parents; husband Ralph Calvin "Bud"
  Welsh Jr., who died Oct. 18, 1973; son, Stephen Jay Welsh who died
  March 29, 1951; daughter, Denise Welsh, who died April 9, 1996;
  sisters, Emmiline Dinning; Hazel E. Wheeler, and brothers, Harvey,
  Charles, and Ernest Albright.  Survived by children: Ralph C. Welsh
  III, married to the former Lydia Glessner of Somerset; Mrs. Diane
  Eversole of Somerset; Mrs. Arthur J. (Nellie) Wright of Somerset, and
  Mrs. William (Jodie) Dick of Somerset.  Grandchildren: Mrs. Clentin
  (Heather) Martin, Greensburg; Miss Amanda Welsh of Somerset; Mrs.
  John (Missy) Muir of Cumberland, Md.; Peter Putyrski, married to the
  former Cheryl Foster of Somerset; Miss Jessica Wright of Jenners;
  Shane Dick of Cumberland, Md., and Sarah Dick of Somerset. 
  Great-grandchildren: Alexander and Zoe Martin and Tristan and Ryan
  Muir.  Sister of Mrs. Edna Blankenship of Orlando, Fla., and Miss
  Freda "Katie" Albright of Somerset, and sister-in-law, Mrs. Lena
  Albright of Orlando, Fla.  Also numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends
  will he received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where a service will be conducted at 10
  a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Raymond E. Lyon officiating.  Interment,
  St. John's Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to Somerset "In Touch"
  Hospice, 1590 N. Center Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
