  LEONARD LAWRENCE WELSH
  
    Leonard Lawrence Welsh, 55, of 302 Waverly Terrace, died February
  13, 1983 at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Maryland.
    He was born May 13, 1927 in Bedford Valley, and was a son of Milton
  F. Welsh, Cook's Mills, and the late Anna (Kifer) Welsh.
    He was employed by Brock's Salvage Company.
    He is also survived by one son, Lennie Welsh, Glen Burnie,
  Maryland; two daughters, Mrs. Anna Marie Grimes, Annapolis, Maryland;
  and Miss Sheila Welsh, Iowa; five brothers, James L. Welsh, and George
  M. Welsh, both of Hagerstown, Maryland; Robert E. Welsh, Wilmington,
  Del.; Kenneth W. Welsh, and Milton F. Welsh, Jr., Wellersburg; four
  sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Gray and Mrs. Betty Ridgeley, both of
  Cumberland; Mrs. Dorothy George, LaVale, MaryIand; Mrs. Freda
  Koelker, Shades Lane, Maryland, and six Grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home where services
  were conducted with the Rev. Lloyd McClarren officiating.  Interment
  was in Greenmount Cemetery.
