Born Aug. 16, 1934, in McKeesport, daughter of the late Morrell A. Dodds and Annabelle (Stauffer) Dodds. Survived by mother; brother Morrell C. Dodds of Irwin; husband Lt. Col. Tedd A. Welsh; and daughters Mrs. Kurt (Debbi) Weaver of Woodbridge, Va., Vicki Lynn Welsh of Corning, Iowa, and Patti Ann Tullis of Kingsland, Texas. Also survived by grandchildren Derek, Madelyn and Clint Weaver, Brooke McDonald, and Ryan and Nicole Tullis. Mrs. Welsh was the sister-in-law of Florence Welsh of Kalispell, Mont.; Betty Buljat, James Welsh and Joan and Chester Cyga; and Paul and Shirley Welsh, all of Somerset. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Welsh worked for many years as a secretary for the Federal Civil Service at Ft. Hood, Texas. Memorial services were held at the First Baptist Church in Tow, Texas, on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2003. A private burial followed at Bluffton Cemetery in Llano County, Texas.
