  WENGERD
  
  Noah D. Wengerd, 83, Meyersdale RD 1, died April 6, 1987, at his
  home.  Born June 21, 1903, in Elk Lick Township, son of the late
  Daniel and Lydia (Hostetler) Wengerd.  Preceded in death by his wife,
  Katie, and a daughter, Emma.  Survived by son, John, Meyersdale RD 1;
  three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Mrs.
  Mary Summy, Meyersdale RD 1; and Mrs. Tillie Beachey, Meyersdale. 
  Member of the Old Order Amish Church.  Operated Wengerd's Cabinet
  Shop.  Friends are being received at the home of his son, John. 
  Funeral services Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Summit Mills Amish
  Church, with Benny Yoder and Wilmer Yoder in charge of service. 
  Interment, church cemetery, under the direction of the Leckemby
  Funeral Home.
