    Bradley E. Werner, 46 of Garrett, went to be with the Lord on Feb.
  3, 1999, at Meyersdale Medical Center.  Born Feb. 29, 1952, in
  Garrett.  Son of the late Frederick E. and Wilma (Burkholder)
  Werner.  Also preceded in death by his brother, Frederick E. Werner
  Jr.  Survived by his wife of 26 years, the former Linda L. Yinkey; a
  son, Richard L. Werner, Somerset; and grandson, Richard B.L. Werner
  Jr.  A brother of Wendell A. Werner, Garrett.  Also survived by two
  nephews: Frederick III and Wendell A. Werner, Garrett; two nieces:
  Lee Ann and Nicole.  A member of the Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church,
  Garrett, and the Garrett Volunteer Fire Department.  Friends will be
  received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, with
  Pastor Arnold D. Ansell officiating.  Interment, Highland Cemetery,
  Garrett.
