  WERNER
  
    Elsworth Boyer Werner, 66, of 1415 Frederick St., Cumberland, Md.,
  died Oct. 18, 1989, at home.  Born July 10, 1923, in Meyersdale, son
  of the late Ralph Werner and Hilda Boyer.  Survivors include his
  wife, Dottie Rae Werner; two daughters, Miss Heidi Sue Werner,
  Maryville, Tenn., and Mrs. Jill Wilt, Cumberland; two brothers,
  Gordon Werner, Corrigansville, Md., and Harold Werner, Meyersdale,
  Pa.; one sister, Mrs. Mabel Griggs, Cumberland, and three
  grandchildren and a number of nephews.  Was a retired B & O foreman
  at Woodworking Mill, Greenspring, W. Va.  Army veteran of World War
  II.  Member of United Church of Christ in Meyersdale and attended
  Livingstone Church of the Brethren, Cumberland.  Visitation will be
  at Scarpelli Funeral Home, 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, from 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.  Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday
  at the funeral home, Rev. Vernon D. Mitchell. Burial, Sunset Memorial
  Park, Cumberland.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
  Livingstone Church of the Brethren.
