  KATIE FRANCES WERNER
  
    Mrs. Katie Frances Werner, 85, died February 20 at her residence.
    Born at Meyersdale May 27, 1891, she was a daughter of the late
  George and Missouri (Tressler) Swearman.
    Mrs. Werner was a member of the Main Street Brethren Church and the
  Women's Missionary Society of the church.
    Surviving are two sons, William R. Werner, Meyersdale and Harold E.
  Werner, Meyersdale RD 4; two daughters, Miss Ruth Werner and Miss
  Elizabeth Werner, both of Meyersdale; three brothers, Frederick
  Swearman, Meyersdale; Robert Swearman, Meyersdale, and George
  Swearman, Somerset RD 5; three sisters, Mrs. Homer Boger, Meyersdale
  RD 4; Mrs. James Hoffmeyer, Meyersdale and Mrs. Ray Sechler,
  Meyersdale RD 1; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Leckemby Funeral Home where services
  were held Tuesday with the Rev. Joseph Hanna officiating.  Interment,
  Union Cemetery.
