  RICHARD E. WERNER
  
  Richard E. Werner, 49, Lilly, Pa., died May 26, 1984, at Altoona
  Mercy Hospital.  Born Jan. 4, 1935, in Brothersvalley Township, son
  of late Howard J. and Edna (Hay) Werner.  Survived by brother, Paul
  H., Meyersdale; and three sisters: Mrs. Mary Critchfield, Venice,
  Fla.; Mrs. Martha Immich, Sun City Center, Fla.; and Mrs. Alice Zorn,
  Youngstown, Ohio.  Friends are being received at Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday
  (today), the Rev. Carl Mitchell.  Interment, Hays Church Cemetery.
