  RUBY FRANCES WERNER
  
    Ruby Frances Werner, 65, of 7625 N. 19th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona,
  died June 28, 1978, after a brief illness.  A former resident of
  Berlin, and Cumberland, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Julia
  (McNair) Werner.  She was a graduate of Berlin High School, and
  attended Catherman's Business School in Cumberland.  She was a
  supervisor in the Accounting Division of the Navy Department,
  Cleveland, Ohio, and retired three years ago after 31 years of
  service.  A frequent visitor to this area, she had traveled
  extensively in the country and abroad.
    Surviving are a sister: Martha Brazer, Romulus, Mich.; five nieces:
  Mrs. Pat Kaylor, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Sue Rodenhauser, E.
  Stroudsburg; Judy McDaniel, Cheltenham; Jo Ann Douglas, Taylor,
  Mich.; Linda Clark, Phoenix, Ariz.; two nephews: Fred Werner,
  Clinton, Md.; and Jack Werner, District Hts., Md.
    The body was cremated, and a Memorial Service was held in Phoenix.
