    Pauline Wersta, 93, 4731 Strawberry Dr., Gainesville, Va., formerly
  of Boswell, died July 25, 1990, at home.  Born June 22, 1897, in
  Austria/Hungary, daughter of Stphen and Maria (Zimmer) Kovacs. 
  Preceded in death by parents, husband, Peter, who died in 1934, two
  sisters and one brother.  Survived by these children: Peter A.,
  married to the former Ann Pivarnick, Chicago, Ill.; Anne W., widow of
  Joseph Start, with whom she resided, and Anthony P., married to the
  former Maxine Miller, Sun City, Ariz.; four grandchildren, four
  great-grandchildren; also one sister, Ilona Mudrick, Europe.  Member
  of All Saints Catholic Church, Manassas, Va.  Friends received from
  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street,
  Boswell, where wake service will be held at 8:45 p.m. Friday.  Mass
  of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic
  Church, Boswell, with the Rev. Monsignor Samuel J. Tomaselli
  officiating.  Interment, Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
