Weyand, 77, Lisbon, Ohio, formerly of Somerset County, died Aug. 3, 1981, in Lisbon. He was born Nov. 11, 1903, in Jefferson Township, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Weyand. Preceded in death by his first wife, Alice Beckner; his second wife, Mary E. Stahl; one brother and five sisters. He is survived by these children: Mrs. Leland Shunker, Salem, Ohio; Leland, New Florence; Thad, Akron, Ohio; Todd, Needles, Calif.; Mrs. Dwight Raymond, Millersburg, Ohio; Mrs. Glen Libert, Lisbon, Ohio; Perry, Louisville, Ky.; Mrs. Wannetta Hugar, East Palestine, Ohio; Eldon, New Waterford, Ohio; Cody, East Liverpool, Ohio; Mrs. John Sutton, and Dwight, both of North Little Rock, Arks.; Mary Ellyson, Richwood, W.Va.; 41 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mrs. Thomas Stouffer, Somerset RD 5; Mrs. William Blake, McKeesport; Mrs. Florence Beck, Bakersville; a brother, Glenn, East Liverpool, Ohio. He was a retired coal miner. Friends will be received after 1.30 p.m. today, Wednesday, in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted Thursday 1:30 p.m., the Rev. Roger L.
