  JAMES D. WEYAND
  
  James D. Weyand, 49, Somerset, passed on Sept. 22, 2004, at Conemaugh
  Memorial Hospital, Johnstown.  Born July 14, 1955, in Somerset, he is
  the son of the late Harry and Wilma (Schmid) Weyand.  He is survived
  by his son Scott Sivits, Somerset; daughter, Megan Sivits, Woodstock,
  Ga.; grandchildren, Dalton Sickelsmith and Kaitlin Sivits; brother,
  John, married to Gloria Weyand, Friedens, sister, Bertha Trub,
  Rockwood, and special niece Chris Barron, Friedens, among several
  nieces and nephews.  He was a member of Local 419 of the Laborer's
  International Union of North America and was an avid Harley-Davidson
  rider.  A private service will be held at a later time.  Memorial
  contributions may be sent to In Touch Hospice, 1590 N. Center Ave.,
  Somerset, Pa. 15501.  Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home, Somerset.
