Weyant, 49, of 605 Hartley Road, Bedford, died Nov. 10, 2000 at Presbyterian University Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born May 23, 1951 in Stonycreek Township, the son of Lawrence "Baldy" and Wilma (Wright) Weyant. Preceded in death by his father and his sister Karen. Survived by his wife, Barbara J. (Clapper) Weyant, whom he married on July 26, 1980; his mother, Bedford; stepson Brad Buterbaugh, Bedford; brother, Rev. Barry L., husband of Connie (Grine) Weyant, Callensburg; and 3 grandsons, Kyle, Jeffrey and Matthew Buterbaugh. He was the owner of L. Weyant Trucking of Central City and attended the Bedford United Methodist Church. Member of the Bedford County Sportsmen, Inc., Ducks Unlimited, National Rifle Association, Safari Club International, a life member of the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He attended Brown University. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford, and from 10-10:30 a.m., the time of service Tuesday, at Bedford United Methodist Church, Bedford. Rev.
