(Taylor-Hoy) Weyant, 76, Richland Township, died Aug. 7, 2007, at Windber Hospice. Born Jan. 1, 1931, in Johnstown, daughter of John and Anna (Reighard) Taylor. Preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Howard Hoy; sister, Mary Young; and brother, Richard Taylor. Survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Charles J. Sr.; son, James Taylor, married to the former Maureen Mutchler, Richland Township; stepdaughters, Laura Diann, wife of George Kohan, Richland Township; Margaret Jane, wife of Vernon Snyder, Windber; stepson, Charles J. Weyant Jr. and special friend, Donna Flook, both of Pittsburgh; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Melvin Taylor and Joseph Taylor. Member of Conemaugh Church of the Brethren. She retired from Lee Hospital in the Dietary Department after 28 years of service. Sarah loved to dance and garden. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland Township, where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Guy Myers officiating. Entombment will take place at Richland Cemetery Mausoleum.
