  WILLIAM J. WHALEY
  
    William J. Whaley, 36, Confluence RD 1, died Jan. 20, 1990, at
  home.  Born Sept. 16, 1953, in Confluence, son of John and Vera
  (Morrison) Whaley, of Confluence.  In addition to his parents, he is
  survived by paternal grandfather, Lewis Whaley, and maternal
  grandfather, Abe Morrison, both of Confluence, and a brother, Robert,
  Johnstown.  Friends received from 2-9 p.m. Monday (today) at Humbert
  Funeral Home, Confluence, where service will be held at 1:30 p.m.
  Tuesday, with Rev. Thomas Charles and Rev. Gary Anderson officiating.
  Interment, Sugar Loaf Cemetery.
