  WHIPKEY
  
  Iona A. Whipkey, 87, Rockwood RD 3, died July 29, 1987, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 3, 1899, in Casselman, a daughter of
  William H. and Savannah (Cook) Whipkey.  Survived by sister, Mrs.
  Thelma J. Stoy of Casselman.  Preceded in death by parents and
  sister, Mrs. Maurice (Catherine) Miller in February 1987.  Lifelong
  member of United Methodist Church in Casselman and a member of the
  Adult Sunday School Class.  Friends will be received in the William
  J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where
  services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Daryl
  Harclerode officiating.  Interment, Kingwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery. 
  Arrangements under the direction of the William J. Wood Funeral Home,
  Rockwood, with Francis Brady supervising.
