  WHIPKEY
  
  John O. Whipkey, 50, of Somerset RD 1, died Jan. 28, 1977, in
  Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born Nov. 21, 1926, in Somerset,
  a son of the late Ralston Whipkey and Mrs. Margaret (Shupe) McCabe of
  Tampa, Fla.  Surviving besides his mother are three sisters, Mrs.
  Ardythe Ohler and Mrs. Dorothy Wukitz, both of Tampa, Fla., and Mrs.
  Robert Zearfoss of Somerset.  Also, a brother Robert of New Orleans,
  two nieces and four nephews.  Member of First United Methodist
  Church, Somerset, and VFW of Somerset.  Veteran of U.S. Navy, World
  War II.  Friends are being received at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral
  Home where funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. with
  the Rev. John C. Cox officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.
