RUTH WHITE

  Mrs. Ruth A. White, McKeesport, died July 29 in the McKeesport Hospital after 
a lingering illness.  She was born December 15, 1896.  She was a daughter of 
Mrs. Lillie Daugherty and a niece of Mrs. Annie Meehan of Meyersdale.  She also 
leaves a son Howard and a daughter, Dorothy, of McKeesport.
  Mrs. White was a registered nurse and during her active years in her 
profession was on the nursing staff of the hospital in which she died.
  Funeral services were held at the Wellig Funeral home, McKeesport, Monday, 
August 1.  Interment was made in the Versailles Cemetery.
