  VIDA BELLE WIGGINS
  
    Vida Belle Wiggins, 75, of Somerset RD 4, died Feb. 28, 1990, at
  her residence.  Born June 8, 1914, in Rockwood, Tenn., a daughter of
  the late Thomas Roy and Margaret Anna (Wilson) Senter.  Preceded in
  death by husband, Robert Garnet Wiggins, Aug. 12, 1988; and a
  brother, Roy.  Survived by these children: Robert G. Wiggins Jr.,
  Toronto, Canada; Mrs. Carole Musser, Somerset RD 4, and Robert G.
  Wiggins, III of Allison Park, Pa.; and two grandchildren, John and
  Amy Musser.  A sister of Mrs. Paul (Muriel) Martin of Lancaster,
  Pa.  Member of Highland Park Methodist Church, Dallas, Tex.  Friends
  received from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home,
  where services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday.  Interment,
  Millersville Mennonite Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to the
  American Parkinson's Disease Association.
