Charles Wigstrom Jr., 58, Somerset RD 3, died Aug. 10, 1984, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Altoona. Born June 1, 1926, in Jenner Township, a son of the late Charles Sr. and Rose (Jamrozik) Wigstrom. Preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, John and Henry. He is survived by his wife, the former Irma Morgan; one stepson, Dale Morgan, Jennerstown; these half-brothers and sisters: Anna Baeder, Johnstown; Mary Vinosky and Ben, both of Boswell; Blanche Semock, Erie; these brothers and sisters: Edward and Fred, both of Boswell RD 2; Alice Tipton, Rockwood RD 3; and Mrs. Dorothy (Vernon) St. Clair, Stoystown RD 1. He was a veteran of World War II and served with the U.S. Marines. He was a member of the Jenner Rod and Gun Club and the Sons of Italy Lodge 1780, Boswell. He was a retired industrial painter and truck driver. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where services will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Joseph Beer officiating. Interment, Beams Cemetery. Somerset Daily American, August 11, 1984 [W1158]
