BERTHA WILAND

  Mrs. Bertha Wiland, wife of John Wiland, died quite suddenly in the General 
Hospital in Akron, Ohio, Tuesday, August 27.  She is survived by her husband, 
one son, Lester, and one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Husted, all of Akron.  The Wiland 
family were former residents of Meyersdale, having moved to Akron 18 years ago.  
Funeral services were conducted at the Billows Chapel, by Rev. Benjamin J. 
Black, Friday, August 30, at 10 a.m.  Burial in the Masonic Rose Hill Cemetery.
