  WILLIAM C. WILAND
  
    William C. Wiland, 74, of Reading, formerly of Meyersdale, died
  Feb. 2, 1996, in Reading Hospital.
    Wiland was born May 26, 1921.  He was the son of the late William
  and Eleanora Wiland.
     He was also preceded in death by four sisters: Isolene Burdock,
  Emma Koontz, Waverdell Ellenberger and Rosella Long.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Lewis.
    Wiland was a veteran of World War II.
