Wilburn, 78, of Star Route, Grantsville, Maryland, died September 18, 1984, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Maryland. Born Feb. 28, 1906, in Jennings, Maryland, he was a son of the late Jason W. Wilburn and Anna Lucretia (Durst) Wilburn. He was a retired farmer; was a member of Jennings United Methodist Church. He is survived by his widow, the former Dorothy Bittinger; three sons, Ronald Wilburn, Olmsted Falls, Ohio; Troy Wilburn, Frostburg, Md.; Wendell Wilburn, Grantsville, Md.; one daughter, Mrs. Helen Weimer, Stone Creek, Ohio; two brothers, Elmer Wilburn, Tavares, Fla.; Clark Wilburn, Catonsville, Md.; four sisters, Mrs. Sabena Lambert, Eustis, Fla.; Mrs. Clara Holder, Fairfax, Va.; Mrs. Elva Beebe, Canton, Ohio; Mrs. Vera McKenzie, Baltimore, Md.; ten grandchildren; one step grandchild; and four great grandchildren. Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md., where services were conducted Sept. 22, at 10:30 a.m. at Jennings United Methodist Church with the Rev. Powell Hall and the Rev. K.
