  RANDALL D. WILBURN
  
    Randall D. Wilburn, 59, of 50 West Mechanic Street, died November
  10, 1983 in Frostburg Community Hospital, Maryland.
    Born in Jennings, Maryland, he was a son of Mrs. Hazel (Custer)
  Wilburn, Eckhart, and the late Norman Wilburn.
    He was a former employee of the Celanese Fibers Corp.; a veteran of
  World War II; a member of Farrady Post 24, American Legion and
  Frostburg Aerie No. 1273.
    Surviving besides his mother, are his widow, Helen (Delaney)
  Wilburn; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Rodosta, Malden, Mass.; and
  Mrs. Nancy Winebrenner, Wellersburg; a son, Mark Wilburn, Ellerslie,
  Maryland; four brothers, Robert Wilburn, Mount Savage; Donald
  Wilburn, Barrellville, Maryland; Dale Wilburn, Eagle, Colo.; and
  Richard Wilburn, Silver Springs, Maryland; a sister, Mrs. Mary
  Harris, Hagerstown, Maryland and three grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Durst Funeral Home where services were
  conducted by the Rev. Dr. John Bayley Jones.  Interment will be in
  Grantsville Cemetery.
