  MARVIN E. WILEY
  
    Marvin E. Wiley, 48, of Cresaptown, Md., died Sunday, Feb. 6, 1989,
  at his home.
    Born Sept. 7, 1940, at Jennings, Md., he was the son of the late
  Albert and Pearl (Close) Wiley.
    He was a painter with Wengerd Painting and a member of the Jennings
  Methodist Church, Md.
    Surviving are his widow, Nellie (Bittinger) Wiley; five sons,
  Marvin Wiley Jr., Jennings, Md.; David Wiley, Randy Wiley and Kenneth
  Wiley, all of Cresaptown, Md.; and John Wiley, Bel Air, Md.; one
  daughter, Julie Wiley, Cresaptown, Md.; two brothers, Harold Wiley,
  Grantsville, Md.; and Albert Wiley Jr., Baltimore, Md.; two sisters,
  Helen Wiley, Florida; and Kathleen Sipple, Grantsville, Md.; and
  eight grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville,
  Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. 
    Services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home
  by the Rev. David Fetter.  Interment will be in Grantsville Cemetery.
