  MISS EDITH WILHELM
  
    Miss Edith Wilhelm, 85, died Sunday, April 30, in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.
    Miss Wilhelm, a graduate of California State College, attended
  University of Pittsburgh and Akron University and taught for 50 years
  in Meyersdale area schools.  She was a member of the Penna. School
  Educators Association and the National Educators Association.  She
  was a lifelong member of Amity United Church of Christ.
    Born Feb. 2, 1882 on Meyersdale RD 2, she was a daughter of the
  late John C. and Sophia (Altmiller) Wilhelm.
    Surviving are a brother, Stanley Wilhelm, Meyersdale; and four
  sisters, Mrs. Fannie Klingaman, Meyersdale; Mrs. Ida Hay, Berlin;
  Mrs. Minerva Strattan and Mrs. Maggie Siehl, Highland Park, Mich.
    Funeral service was conducted on Wednesday afternoon at Price
  Funeral Home, Meyersdale, with Rev. Victor Vogel Jr. officiating.
