EMMA F. WILHELM

  Mrs. Emma Florence (Smeak) Wilhelm, 67, of Buffalo Mills R.D. died at her home 
at 3:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon, Sept. 1.  She was the wife of George Wilhelm 
and had been a lifelong resident of the Buffalo Mills section.
  She was born Jan. 22, 1879, a daughter of Jacob and Martha (Logsdon) Smeak.  
Her husband survives, along with these children: Leslie and Ernest, both at 
home; Mrs. Dorothy Sheirey, Buffalo Mills, and Ridgie Wilhelm, Hyndman.  She was 
a sister of Harry Smeak, Hyndman; Mrs. James Werner, Meyersdale; Mrs. Henry 
Lindeman, Meyersdale, and Mrs. Annie Mason, Hyndman.
  Mrs. Wilhelm was a member of the Lutheran Church.  Funeral services were held 
at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Milligan's Cove Christian Church.  Burial was made in 
the church cemetery under the direction of Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman.
