  WILKINS
  
    Garland A. Wilkins, 83, of Addison, died Aug. 21, 2002 at the James
  E. Van Zandt V.A. Medical Center in Altoona.  Born Nov. 10, 1918 in
  Addison Township, he was the son of the late James A. and Maude
  (Turney) Wilkins.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in
  death by brothers, James and Everteen; and sisters, Orvetta Greaves
  and Viola Cuppett.  Surviving are nieces, June Bolivar, Greensville;
  Betty Baer, Vandergrift; and Lois Kaufman, Addison; nephews, Jack
  Wilkins, Addison; James Greaves, Pearland, Texas; and David Greaves,
  Washington, D.C.  He was a veteran of the United States Army. 
  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Humbert
  Funeral Home in Confluence where service will be held 11 a.m.
  Saturday with the Rev. Ronald Schaeffer officiating.  Interment in
  the Addison Cemetery.
