  WILKINS
  
    Verda Evanell Wilkins, 87, of Addison died Aug. 19, 1999 at the
  home of her granddaughter in Somerset.  Born July 11, 1912 in
  Silbaugh (Addison Township), a daughter of the late Mary Livengood. 
  Preceded in death by husband James O. Wilkins and an infant son,
  James.  Survived by a son, Jack of Addison and a daughter Betty Baer
  of Vandergrift; three grandchildren, Bill Birmingham, Mary Minnick
  and Linda Minnick, all of Somerset; six great-grandchildren and a
  sister Winona "Sis" Tissue of Confluence.  Friends will be received
  from 2 until 9 p.m. today at Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence where
  services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Roy Bower
  officiating.  Interment, Addison Cemetery.
