Wilkins, 70, of Somerset, died March 24, 1989, in Somerset Hospital. Born Feb. 18, 1919, in Pittsburgh, son of the late William Gilbert and Nan Florence (Weimer) Wilkins. Brother of Robert W. Wilkins, Malvern, Pa.; also survived by nieces, Mrs. Robert (Jane) McIntosh, Winchester, Mass.; and Mrs. Lee (Susan) Dexter, Poquoson, Va.; and nephew, Robert C. Wilkins, West Chester, Pa. A 1941 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Retired accountant for the Love-Mason and Company of Pittsburgh. Member of St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church; the McCandless Lodge No. 590, F. & A.M.; R.S.V.P. of Somerset. He was also a volunteer at the Somerset Hospital. Friends received 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Monday at the St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church with the Rev. Father Terry L. Johnson officiating.
