    William Kimmel Will died on Friday, May 26, 1995 in Venice, Fla. 
  Mr. Will was the co-owner with his father, William R. Will, in the
  Black Top Construction Company in Stonycreek Township.  They sold
  their company and moved to Florida in 1969.  Memorial services were
  conducted at Farley Funeral Home in Venice on Tuesday, May 30,
  conducted by Rev. Ben Jacobson and Rev. William Sleasman,
  brother-in-law of the deceased.
