  WILLIAMS
  
  Blanche Williams, 84, Holland, Pa., died May 22, 1984, in Briston,
  Pa.  Born Sept. 17, 1899, in Garrett, a daughter of the late Robert
  and Sevilla (Romesberg) Phennicie.  She is also preceded in death by
  her husband, Leland S. Williams.  She is survived by these children:
  Mrs. Lorraine Burnhart, Holland; and John S., Memphis, Tenn.; also
  three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Graveside services
  and interment will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Somerset County
  Memorial Park with the Rev. H. James Meyers officiating. 
  Arrangements under the direction of the Richard E. Hauger Funeral
