Clark-Williams, 89, beloved mother and grandmother, Somerset, formerly of Hooversville and Manns Choice, died Jan. 16, 1999, at Somerset Hospital. Born July 17, 1909, in Hudson, Iowa, daughter of Rev. Charles A. and Bertha (Sheetz) Weaver. Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Charles G. Clark, who died May 14, 1968; and second husband, Emory Williams, who died March 19, 1984; 2 stepsons, John and Pete Williams; brothers, Rev. Paul Weaver, Ernest Weaver, and sisters, Ethel Weaver, Winifred Brooks and Beulah Kessler. Survived by these children: Charles Clark Jr., married to the former Mae Shirk of Dumfries, Va.; Dr. Robert J. Clark, married to the former Connie Barnett of Selingsgrove; Gwynn L. Clark, married to the former Joyce Murphy of Naperville, Ill.; Jerry Clark, married to the former Carol Lohr of Maple Heights, Ohio; Mrs. James C. (Dorthea A.) Dinning of Somerset; Mrs. Richard (Sandra) Hogan of Ambridge; and Dennis Clark, married to the former Martha Frazier of Masury, Ohio; stepchildren, Mrs. Helena Curd of Fishertown; Emory Williams Jr., of Bradenton, Fla.; Ed Williams of McKeesport; Bert Williams of Elizabethtown; 23 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; and 17 step-great-grandchildren. Member of the Grace United Methodist Church, Dames of Malta of Hooversville, and taught children's Sunday School classes in Hooversville for many years. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Tuesday, with the Rev. Charles F. Olson officiating.
