Born June 6, 1890 in Bedford County Pa., son of James and Minnie (Thomas) Williams. Preceded in death by parents, seven brothers and two sisters. Survived by these nieces and nephews: Mrs. Ruth Ruby, York; Mrs. Betty Huey and Betty Higgins, both of Bloomfield, N.J.; Patricia Smith, Ohio; Beverly McIntosh, Kansas City. Mo.; Betty Huey, Ohio; David W. Williams, Somerset RD 7; Paul F. Williams, Boswell RD 2; James A. Williams, Jennerstown; Kenneth and Richard Williams, both of Friedens RD 2; James Williams, Lavonia, Mich.; Harry Williams, Detriot [sic], Mich.; John Williams, Indianapolis, Ind.; and James Williams, Ocean Side, Cal.; June Homerich, Youngstown, Ohio. Life-long resident and prominent farmer of Jenner Township. Last surviving member of immediate family and member of Jenners Grange. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until time of service, at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell, with the Rev. Max DeArmey.
