    Matthew T. Williams, 24, 17 Coal Ave., Jerome, dead on arrival
  March 18, 1996, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born Aug. 3,
  1971, in Johnstown, son of Seth T. Jr. and Helene (Grabusnik)
  Williams.  Preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Anthony
  Grabusnik, and paternal grandparents, Seth Sr. and Freda Williams. 
  Survived by parents; brother, Seth; maternal grandmother, Ann
  Grabusnik; aunt, Antoinette Grabusnik; godparents: Edward and Betty
  Zubek; nephew, Joshua Seth Schneider, and numerous relatives and
  friends whom he loved and cherished.  1989 graduate of Conemaugh
  Township Area High School and also a graduate of the Pennsylvania
  School of Culinary Arts, Pittsburgh.  Member of St. Anne Catholic
  Church, Davidsville.  Former chef at Jimmy G's Restaurant, Aspinwall,
  and Rizzo's Skyway Lounge, Johnstown.  Friends received from 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street,
  Boswell, where wake service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday.  Mass of
  Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Anne Chapel, Jerome
  (Formerly Holy Cross Church), with the Rev. Father Conrad Salach
  O.F.M. Conv. celebrant.  Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery.
