Pearl Williams, 73, Berlin, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, in Meyersdale Community Hospital. Born in Fairhope Township, Sept. 20, 1894, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Leah (Deneen) Miller. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, the Auxiliary to the Berlin Volunteer Fire Department, Berlin American Legion Auxiliary and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Surviving are her husband, Virgil Williams; two daughters, Mrs. Rosella Coughenour and Mrs. Evelyn Smith, both of Glencoe RD 1; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; also three sisters, Mrs. Ollie Ash, Meyersdale; Mrs. Ada Tarr, Pittsburgh; Mrs. Hulda Raupach, Glencoe; and a brother, Clem, Friedens RD. Funeral service was held Saturday afternoon in Johnson and Son Funeral Home, Berlin, with Rev. Randall L. Heckman officiating. Interment was made in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Glencoe RD 1.
