  Walter F. (Zeke) Williams, 36, of Boswell RD 1 died Jan. 6, 1973, in
  an automobile accident.  He was born June 11, 1936, in Jenner
  Township, Somerset County, a son of Charles and Mildred M. Holsopple
  Williams.  He was preceded in death by his mother who died Feb. 17,
  1958.  He is survived by his father of Boswell RD 1.  He was a
  brother of Richard H. married to the former Charlotte Marsh of
  Stoystown RD 1; Charles Lowell married to the former Shirley Puttman
  of Somerset RD 5; William J. married to the former Betty Vinosky of
  Johnstown; Betty Ann, wife of Robert Winters of Ligonier; Robert I.
  married to the former Brenda Starkey and James W. married to the
  former Sharon Monteith, both of Alexandria, Va.; Gary W. married to
  the former Donna Armagost of Boswell; and Connie, wife of Thomas
  Magdic of Ligonier.  He was an employee of Bethlehem Steel
  Corporation, Wire Mill Division, Johnstown, and was former chief of
  police in Boswell Borough.  He was a member of USWA, Jenner Rod and
  Gun Club, St. Clair Tremont Trap and Field Club of Johnstown and
  Bedford VFW.  He was a graduate of the former Jenner-Boswell High
  School class of 1955.  Friends were received Sunday and will be
  received today at the Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, (successor to
  Donald B. Hay) 409 Main St., Boswell, where services will be
  conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Jeffrey Kistler.  Interment
  in Jenner Cross Roads Cemetery.
