  WILLIAMS
  
  William E. Williams, 83, of Maple Mountain Manor, Berlin, formerly of
  Listie, died May 20, 1986, at the manor.  Born June 8, 1902, in
  Windber, son of the late William R. and Ida (Bretzman) Williams. 
  Preceded in death by parents; wife, the former Mae Snyder; an infant
  son, Herbert; four sisters: Vera, Zola, Hazel and Helen; two
  brothers: Raymond and Blair.  Survived by these children: R. Donald,
  Berlin RD 1; William D., Somerset RD 6; Dorothy Heiple, North
  Versailles; Ruth Ella Johnson, Mt. Pleasant; and Zola Baker, Friedens
  RD 1; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one brother,
  Alvin, Somerset RD 7.  He was a member of the Listie Grace Brethren
  Church.  Retired from Bethlehem Steel Corp., Johnstown.  Friends will
  be received 7-9 p.m. Wednesday (today) and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday
  at Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.  Services Friday at 11 a.m. in
  Listie Grace Brethren Church, the Rev. Ronzil Jarvis officiating. 
  Interment, Listie Cemetery.  Body will lie in state at the church
  from 10 a.m. until hour of service.
