Born Dec. 11, 1913, in Conemaugh Township, daughter of Abraham and Adda (Mishler) Blough. Preceded in death By parents; husband, Carl Wesley Williamson; granddaughter, Jacquelyn Messler; and sister, Helen Blough. Survived by children, Lee Edward, married to the former Joan Pletcher, Westmont; Dennis Carl, Trees Drive, Johnstown, and his fiancee, Bev Reivera; and Jane Ann, married to Don Chapman, Somerset; grand-children, Jeffrey Kelly, Phoenix, Ariz.; Tor Michael McCartney, State College; Karl Christopher Williamson, Pittsburgh; L. Roeg Williamson, Harrisburg; Lesley Williamson, Johnstown; and Berkeley Chapman, Somerset; great-granddaughter, Alyssa McCartney, State College; and special friend, Ruth Martin, Somerset. Attended Ferndale Area High School and graduated from Cambria-Rowe Business College. Lifelong member of St. David's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Davidsville, where she was one of the first women to serve on council; president of the Lutheran Church Women; and was a member of the choir for 38 years. Owner/operator of the Williamson Insurance Agency, Davidsville, now owned by her son, Lee. Retired in 1980 from the Conemaugh Valley Mutual Insurance Co., where she also was the first woman to serve on the board of directors. Longtime treasurer of the Conemaugh Township Area Historical Society. She enjoyed traveling and was able to speak Pennsylvania Dutch. Viewing from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Davidsville. Funeral service, 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. David's Church. The Rev. Kathleen Kuehl officiating. No viewing at the church. Interment, Kaufman Cemetery. Memorial donations may be given to the Kaufman Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 416, Davidsville, PA 15928.
