    Gertrude H. Wilson, 52, Fifth St., Acosta, died Aug. 1, 1981 in
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 13, 1928 in Jerome, daughter
  of James P. and Clara V. (Muzydia) McKenna.  Preceded in death by her
  father, who died in 1982; and one sister, Catherine Goodin.  Survived
  by mother, Johnstown; husband, Philip P.; and these children: Rose
  Marie, wife of  John Stauffer, Somerset; Vicky, wife of Ronald
  Mattacchione of Windsor Locks, Conn.; Judy Rankin, Sterling Park,
  Va.; Elmer Rankin Jr., Suitland, Md.; James P. Rankin, Temple Hills,
  Md.; Donald E. Rankin, Suitland, Md.; Robin C. Wilson and Margaret,
  wife of Douglas Speigle Jr., both at home; and four grandchildren:
  Kevin Stauffer, Gina and Paula Mattacchione and Phillip Wilson. 
  Sister of Rose Ann Childs, Brandywine, Md.; Doris Schneider, Ocean
  City, Md.; Bernard J., Brandywine, Md.; and Patrick, Acosta.  Member
  of Holy Cross Polish National Catholic Church, Johnstown.  Friends
  were received Sunday evening and will be received until 9 p.m. Monday
  at Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell, where prayer services
  will be held at 7 p.m. Monday.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held
  at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Holy Cross Polish National Catholic
  Church, with the Rev. John Kraus officiating.  Interment, church
  cemetery.
