  EDNA MAE WILT
  April 9, 1926 - March 22, 1999
  
    Edna Mae Wilt, 72, of 96 Miner Road, Grantsville, Md., died Monday,
  March 22, 1999, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    Born April 9, 1926, in Piedmont, W.Va., she was a daughter of the
  late Gorman and Peral (Broadwater) Broadwater.  She was also preceded
  in death by her husband, Ivan Wilt, on March 7, 1970; and two sons: 
  Garland Oakey Wilt and George Schrug.
    Mrs. Wilt was a homemaker and attended the Maranatha Assembly of
  God, Grantsville.
    She is survived by a son, Kenneth E. Wilt, and wife, Nancy, of
  Garrett; three brothers:  Homer Broadwater and Russell Broadwater,
  both of Barton, Md.; and Fred Broadwater, Arizona; three sisters: 
  Viola Broadwater, LaVale, Md.; Bernice Guinn, Barton, Md.; and Helen
  Thomas, Glen Burnie, Md.; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A.,
  Grantsville, Md., March 23 and 24.  Services will be conducted in the
  funeral home at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 25 (today), with Pastor Bob
  Furr officiating.  Interment, Bittinger Cemetery.
