Born Jan. 24, 1939, in Wellsburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late William E. and Clara (Werner) Johnson. She was preceded in death by her brother, William "Paul" Johnson. Mrs. Wilt was a retired seamstress for Fechheimer's Shirt Factory, Grantsville, and was a member of Mountain Top Wagon Train Association. Surviving are her husband, Willard "Jake" Wilt; two sons, William "Pork" Wilt and wife, Kathy and Ray Wilt and wife, Beverly, all of Grantsville, Md.; one daughter, Carol Ann Sisler and husband, Roger, Aurora, W.Va.; one sister, Helen Johns and husband, Jack, Salisbury; one sister-in-law, Patricia Johnson, Meyersdale; nine grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, Md. on Monday where services were conducted Tuesday with the Rev. Alan Birkby officiating.
