  Ila May Wiltrout, 56, of Confluence RD 1, died March 25, 1989, in
  Somerset Hospital.  Born March 21, 1933, in Monongalia County, W.Va.,
  daughter of the late Philip E. Shipley and Goldie (Rugg) Shipley
  Basinger.  Surviving are her husband, Paul; a daughter, Diana
  Sterner, Confluence; and a grandson, Jamie.  Also, five brothers: 
  Eugene Shipley, Joppa, Md.; Alfred Shipley, Niles, Ohio; James H.
  Basinger, Confluence; Ronald Basinger, Igo, Calif.; and Joseph
  Basinger, Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters:  Jane Heckler, Connellsville;
  and Elaine Clevenger, Confluence.  She was a member of the Confluence
  VFW and Ursina American Legion auxiliaries.  Friends will be received
  7-9 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Humbert Funeral
  Home, Confluence, where services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m.,
  the Rev. Vernon Witt officiating.  Interment, Jersey Cemetery.
