  SARA WINTER
  
  Sara Emma Winter, 96, of Baltimore, Md., died Nov. 30, 1994 at Stella
  Maris Hospice, Baltimore.
    Born Jan. 6, 1898, at Grantsville, Md., she was a daughter of the
  late John Wesley and Mary J. (Yost) Baker.  She was preceded in death
  by her husband George R. Winter and a daughter, Mae W. Ransone.
    Mrs. Winter is survived by a daughter, Mary Louise Ehman,
  Baltimore; four grandchildren:  Barbara R. Stewart, Ronald M. Ehman,
  John E. B. Ransone, III. and R. Bruce Ehman, and nine
  great-grandchildren.
    Services were conducted Dec. 2 at the Newman Funeral Home,
  Grantsville, with the Rev. R. Lee Williams officiating.  Interment,
  Grantsville Cemetery.
