  ELLA M. WINTERS
  
    Ella M. Winters, 88, of Meyersdale RD 3, died June 19, 1984, at her
  residence in Elk Lick Township.
    Born in Elk Lick on Feb. 11, 1896, she was a daughter of the late
  John P. and Amanda (Murray) Brown.  She was a member of the Salisbury
  Church of the Brethren.
    She is survived by her husband, George W. Winters; a son, George W.
  Winters Jr., Salisbury; three daughters, Mrs. Esther Fike, Meyersdale
  RD 1; Mrs. Dorothy Mimna, Conowingo, Md., and Mrs. Mardelle Fletcher,
  Alexandria, Va.; a brother, Clarence Brown, Salisbury; three sisters,
  Mrs. Martha Wheeling, California; Mrs. Florence Christner, Boynton,
  and Mrs. Elizabeth Blocher, Salisbury; 12 grandchildren and 17
  great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury where
  services were conducted by the Rev. Bobby L. Phillips.  Interment in
  Salisbury Cemetery.
