WIRICK,  Cloyd F.

Cloyd F. Wirick Jr., 76, Westland, Mich., formerly of Somerset, died Jan. 7, 
2006, in Michigan. Beloved husband of Mary Jane (Ida Jane Ludy) Wirick and dear 
father of Mrs. Robert (Marianne) Lyons, Randy Wirick and wife, Mary Lee, Wendy 
Parkins, Harold Wirick, Larry Fritz and wife, Mary, Mrs. Thomas (Peggy) Dubay, 
Mrs. Barry (Linda) McDowell, Cloyd Wirick and wife Wanda and Brenda Laughrey. 
Grandfather of 17 and  great-grandfather of 10. He received a bachelor's degree 
of business from Cleary College and was also a long time member of the Moslem 
Shriners. Cloyd retired in 1990 from General Motors Corp. after 25 years of 
service and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, bowling, traveling, 
casinos and wintering in Florida. Friends received 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. 
Wednesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be held at 
10 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Edward DeVore officiating. Interment in Casebeer 
Cemetery. Family suggests contributions to ALS Society of Michigan.
